Cast Acrylic rod machines well and will polish to a mirror shine.

Premal's Tips:

1. Sand to 600 grit or higher, then use red tripoli and then a high polishing compound on a buffing wheel for a mirror shine.

2. For bending, heat slowly waving over an alcohol flame or heatgun until it starts to become bendable.  Do not hold over flame or it will start to burn.
