From a small workshop tucked away in Pennsylvania, a laboratory of sorts houses an individual artisan handcrafting these wild rods that are harmonious with wood.
Hertzog Resin has a similar hardness to Ebonite without the downside of oxidizing, and it is a little lighter. It is easy to bend with careful heat and patience. Hertzog Resin is more flexible than other Cast Resins and a cut tenon will be stable. A Delrin tenon can be used for those that prefer it as a tenon material. Easy to polish to a mirror shine with traditional sanding and buffing, and it machines well. Hertzog Resin will not oxidize, and it will keep its finish well. Resistant to UV light and yellowing. It is a nice alternative to Acrylic as well. It can be used for Pipe Stems, Pens, Inlays, and other crafts that require a similar material.
